  作为第一负责人完成“脉冲激光沉积法层状IGZO薄膜的外延有序排列和载流子传输调控”(项目批准号:61404082)。来源于国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目。

  作为参与人参与多项国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目。作为第一负责人主持完成部委项目和企业项目。

相关研究成果已发表SCI论文26篇,其中1区1篇,2区6篇。

  指导员工多次获得国家级奖项、市级奖项。
